The directors of the company are pleased to present the accompanying financial statements of the company and of the
group for the reporting year ended 31 March 2016.
Before 29 July 2015, the company was known as Singapore Windsor Holdings Limited, which was changed to its present
name.

Opinion of the directors
In the opinion of the directors,
(a)
the accompanying financial statements and the consolidated financial statements are drawn up so as to give
a true and fair view of the financial position and performance of the company and, of the financial position
and performance of the group for the reporting year covered by the financial statements or consolidated
financial statements; and
(b)
at the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the company will be able to pay
its debts as and when they fall due.
The board of directors approved and authorised these financial statements for issue.
