Resignation Of Directors

The Board of Directors of Singapore Windsor Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the resignation of the following directors with effect from today, 5 November 2013:

Mr Chung Wah Sang (Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Chairman)
Mr Chung Koon Wing (Executive Director)
Mr Tam Chi Kwan Michael (Non-Executive Director)
Mr Chee Teck Kwong Patrick (Independent Director)

Mr Chan Tak Sing Martin and Mr Wong Yen Siang will remain as directors of the Company.

Following the above resignations:
(i) Mr Tam Chi Kwan Michael will cease to be member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee; and
(ii) Mr Chee Teck Kwong Patrick will cease to be member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
